Wholemeal wheat flour (45%), water, wheat flour, vegetable fat, soy flour, humectant (422), mixed grains (2.5%) (kibbled wheat, kibbled corn, wheat flakes, kibbled rye, kibbled triticale), fermented wheat flour, vegetable emulsifiers (471, 481), raising agents (500, 450, 341), stabiliser (412), acidity regulator (297), wheat gluten, linseeds, iodised salt, vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).

Preparation Instructions

To help separate wraps, flex the pack to loosen before opening.

Storage Instructions

HELGA'S suggest wraps be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened reseal pack and consume within 3 days.

As we open our timeslots 7 days in advance, and only pick on the day of your reserved timeslot, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.

For Zone 1 Customers (local) it is now $7 and for Zone 2 Customers (Outer Suburbs) it is now $10 for delivery, while still offerring free same day Click & Collect.
