Deconstructed Banoffee Pie Skill Level: Easy Prep time: 20 min (plus assembly) Serves: 4 Ingredients: 300mL thickened cream 1 tbsp caster sugar 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 395g can Nestle Top 'n' Fill Caramel 125g buttersnap biscuits, crushed 2 bananas, peeled and sliced 2 tbsp toasted coconut chips Method: 1. In a bowl, add thickened cream, sugar and vanilla bean paste. Beat with an electric mixer, until thickened. Spoon into a large piping bag fitted with a 1cm round nozzle. 2. In a medium bowl whisk Nestle Top n’ Fill Caramel until smooth. 3. In 4 stemless wine glasses, evenly fill glasses with crushed biscuits, followed by Nestle Top ‘n' Fill Caramel, bananas and whipped cream. Keep layering evenly until all ingredients are used and your last layer is the whipped thickened cream from step 1. 4. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Top with toasted coconut.

As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.
