HOW TO ORDER

Creating a new user account

To place an order, you must create a new username. To create a new account, click ‘Sign In’ in the top left-hand corner.

From here, you are prompted to enter in your email address that you will use as the primary source of contact and is the most important part required to create your account. Enter a valid address and then choose your password. If sign in has been successful you will be redirected back to the home screen. You are now registered to commence shopping!

Shopping & Categories

There are two ways to find products. You can either browse Categories by selecting the relevant Category on the left-hand side of the page. These Categories can then be filtered further by clicking on the refine button which is located at the top of the product list

Alternatively, you can search for products by name. Simply type a products name into the search box and press enter or click on the Search button to display a list of products matching your search. 

How do I find the weekly specials?

On the left-hand side in the category menu there is a dedicated category for Specials. In addition, when searching for products or navigating through the site, click ‘Refine’ then ‘Specials’ to view only items on special.

Items on special are marked with the discount.

Building your order

To add products to your cart simply click the ‘ADD’ button, and either type the quantity required or use the +/- buttons.

A live listing of products that you have recently added to your cart. Go to ‘Review Order & Checkout’ to see your total cart.

To remove products, reduce the item quantity to zero.

Products can also be removed at the ‘Review Order & Checkout’ stage. Simply use the minus next to the product or if you wish to clear your whole cart use the ‘Remove all Items from the Basket’ on the left-hand side.

How do I order random weight products?

Popular lines such as bananas, apples and other items can be purchased in multiples of units however they will be charged per kilogram. The online store shows the per piece (approx.) price. When the products are picked and packed in-store you will be charged per kilogram.

Other fresh items are sold by the kilogram, you need to enter the desired weight by the increments that are pre-set in the ‘ADD’ button.

The actual weight of the item will be calculated when the order is picked and processed. Therefore, the total price of your order will vary from the total listed at Checkout. If you have any special requirements for weighted products, for example “Please do not go over my weighted quantity; ensure the quantity is the same or less than on my order never more”, please enter this in the ‘Notes’ section that can be found on the item when the item has been selected.

How do I see what’s in my shopping trolley?

Go to the ‘Review Order & Checkout’ to see what is in your cart. You can either finalise your shopping via the ‘Checkout’ process or if you wish to keep shopping simply click on the ‘Keep Shopping’ link on the left-hand side.

Delivery/Click & Collect

From here you are taken to the Delivery/Click & Collect screen.

Select your required option and follow the steps to select your desired timeslot.

Substitutes

By default, substitutes are set as OK, meaning if any product is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill the quantity amount, the product chosen will be substituted with the closest possible match at around the same price (picker will choose best alternative and will always look in the best interests of the customer in the event of substitution). If you do not want substitutes simply click the ‘Change This’ button on the right-hand sideProducts that are unavailable will subtract from the total bill if no substitutes are allowed.

Terms & Conditions      

The first time you order, you will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions. Please read these carefully and note that you agree to the conditions bound by these rules and understand them completely. Once these have been agreed upon, click ‘I’ve read and agree to the Terms and Conditions’.

Coupon

If you have a coupon code, enter it now. This will appear on your tax invoice as a discount. Keep an eye on Morphett Vale Foodland mailouts and social media accounts for special offers that can be used in conjunction with this service in future.

Note

To return to an earlier step, simply click on the ‘Change This’ button on that step.

If you have remembered something to add to your cart prior to making payment simply click on the ‘Keep Shopping’ link on the left -hand side. If you have made your payment and wish to add to your cart or change your delivery timeslot please call our customer care team to assist you on 08 8382 5092 Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm

Payment

Last step is to place your order by entering in your payment details. Currently, participating payment options are either VISA, MASTERCARD or AMEX. Once complete ‘Place Your Order’. A summary e-mail is then sent to your nominated email address confirming your purchases.

Adding to your Order

If you wish to add to your order prior to 5pm the night before your order, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Start a new basket in the shop 

          Add the items you want to add to this order.

  1. Proceed to the checkout 

          You'll have the option to add the new items to this order

All orders must provide a proof of identification and matching credit card on delivery or pickup. If choosing to have your order delivered you must be present as we do not leave groceries unattended. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled, and the goods returned to the store, we may also charge a fee of up to $25 for perishable items on the attempted order. We will endevour to do all in our power to try and contact you before cancelling your order. If your order is suspected to be fradulent, your details will be forwarded on to SAPOL for further action. 

As we open our timeslots 7 days in advance, and only pick on the day of your reserved timeslot, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.

Please select your timeslot for delivery during the checkout process. Timeslots cannot be held whilst you are still adding items to your cart.

$1.00 will be taken from your card at checkout and the remaining balance will be finalised when the picker has finalised your order.
