Description

You can’t go wrong with a classic. Especially when it’s this soft. And this loaf tastes as good as it feels, thanks to a dash of rye flour that gives a subtle earthy flavour. Oh yes, and a dusting of semolina adds a lovely crusty finish.

Wheat Flour, Water, Baker’s Yeast, Wholemeal Rye Flour (2%), Vinegar, Wheat Gluten, Iodised Salt, Wheat Semolina (0.8%), Canola Oil, Fermented Wheat Flour, Soy Flour, Vegetable Emulsifiers (471, 472e, 481), Vitamins (Thiamin, Folic Acid).

Usage Instructions

Enjoy this loaf fresh or freeze and store it for up to 4 months at or below -15C. On thawing, best consumed immediately.

As we open our timeslots 7 days in advance, and only pick on the day of your reserved timeslot, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.
