Ingredients

Cake Mix (73%): Wheat Flour, Sugar, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder (3%), Emulsifiers (Propylene Glycol Esters Of Fatty Acids, Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate), Modified Corn Starch (1422), Vegetable Oil, Salt, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), Colours (Carmines, Paprika Extract), Flavours. Frosting (27%): Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Water, Invert Sugar Syrup, Emulsifiers (Mono- And Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate), Salt, Cream Cheese Flavour, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Mineral Salt (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Colour (Carotene), Food Acid (Citric Acid).

Preparation Instructions

All you need is: 3 extra large eggs 80g butter, melted or 1/3 cup (80mL) vegetable oil 2/3 cup (150mL) milk or 2/3 cup (150mL) water Prep time: 10 mins Baking time: 40-45 mins Baking pan: 1 (20cm) round and at least 5cm deep Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Grease a 20cm round and at least 5cm deep cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper. 3 simple steps! 1. Beat cake mix, eggs, butter and milk (or cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water) in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes (do not eat unbaked batter). Pour into pan. 2. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, and then gently remove from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely. 3. Swirl cream cheese frosting over the top of cake. Bundt Pan Pan size: A deep fluted 22cm cake pan. Bake time: 45 minutes. Loaf Pan Pan size: A 6cm deep 10cm x 20.5cm loaf pan. Bake time: 45 minutes. Muffin Pan Pan size: A 12 portion muffin pan. Bake time: 18-22 minutes.

As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.
