Our Ingredients: Stock Powder: Corn Starch, Salt, Potato Starch, Sugar, Burnt Sugar, Corn Seasoning, Sunflower Oil, Garlic (1.5%); Vegetables: Pea Flour, Celery Root; Herbs: Parsley (2.1%), Rosemary (0.3%), Thyme (0.2%); Spices: Cumin (0.3%), White Pepper (0.2%), Ginger, Cloves. Contains Celery. May Contain Fish, Milk, Soy and Mustard.

Preparation Instructions

Create Your Meal Simply Add: 500g Lean Diced Lamb 1 Large Onion (200g), Sliced 1 Medium Carrot (120g), Sliced 1½ Cup Mushrooms (120g), Quartered ½ Cup Peas (60g) Get Cooking: Stove: Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time 45 Minutes 1. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in A Pan, Brown Lamb. Add Onion, Carrot and Mushrooms, Cook for 2 Minutes. 2. Add Combined 1¼ Cups (310ml) Water, and Maggi Recipe Base. Bring To the Boil, Stirring. 3. Cover and Simmer for 30 Minutes Or Until Lamb is Tender, Stirring Occasionally. Add Peas, Simmer for 2 Minutes. Enjoy! Oven: Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 1½ Hours 1. Preheat Oven To 180°c/160°c Fan Forced. 2. Place Lamb, Onion, Carrot and Mushrooms in Ovenproof Dish. 3. Stir in Combined 1¼ Cups (310ml) Water and Maggi Recipe Base, Cover. 4. Bake for 1½ Hours Or Until Lamb is Tender, Stirring Twice During Cooking. Stir in Peas for the Last 5 Minutes. Enjoy! No Need To Add Extra Salt. As we open our timeslots 7 days in advance, and only pick on the day of your reserved timeslot, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.
