Versatile and light, Pampas Frozen Shortcrust Pastry makes the best base for a delicious lemon & lime tart or a savoury Mediterranean pie. Ingredients

Wheat flour, margarine [vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (soy lecithin, 471), flavour, food acids (270, 330), antioxidant (320), colour (160a)], water, salt, food acid (330).

Preparation Instructions

To separate frozen pastry sheets - simply slide a knife between the pastry sheets. To defrost pastry sheets - allow pastry to thaw on a flat surface for 10-15 minutes at room temperature prior to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Storage Instructions

Store at or below -18°C. Keep Frozen. Once thawed do not re-freeze

As we open our timeslots 7 days in advance, and only pick on the day of your reserved timeslot, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.
