Description

San Remo Fresh Pappardelle contains Fresh Free Range Eggs and has no added artificial colours or flavours.Translating as ‘to eat’ from the Tuscan dialect, Pappardelle is traditionally eaten with a hearty meat ragu often containing game. It is traditional to Northern and central Italy, in particular Emilia-Romagna, Umbria and Tuscany.

Ingredients

Durum Wheat Semolina, Egg (12%), Water, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid).

Usage Instructions

Add pasta to 3-4 litres of boiling water, with salt to taste. Return to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes, or until desired texture is reached, then drain. If frozen, fully thaw pasta in the refrigerator and cook pasta as per above cooking instructions.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. Product may be frozen.

As we open our timeslots 7 days in advance, and only pick on the day of your reserved timeslot, we cannot guarantee stock availability. As our inventory levels change on a minute-by-minute basis, the products displayed on our website only indicate the range available, not inventory. Please be assured we will always endeavour to supply your order in full as much as possible.
